The Special K diet plan is a highly effective diet that many people have tried with great satisfaction. The Special K diet does promise weight loss results within two weeks if an individual follows the diet plan diligently. The diet does say that there is a high potential for a person to even drop a full size in their pants within two weeks of starting the Special K diet.
